Calling cards and other agency specific products may only be produced for an active or retired officer/agent, reserve officer/agent or authorized support employee of the agency advertised. The products designed by Cobra Printing & Productions may not be presented as forms of identity, nor do they constitute membership or affiliation with the agency advertised.

Shipping and Handling: All orders are processed as soon as they are received and are sorted for production in the order they were received. Normal turnaround time is approximately 10 to 14 work days. Orders may be delayed should the need for additional Masters or Die replacements be necessary.

Delivery Issues: Cobra Printing is not responsible for delays caused by delivery issues that may arise on occasion by the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped US Priority Mail (without replacement guarantee) unless other arrangements are made and paid for prior to the shipping process.

No Refunds or Cancelation: Orders placed are custom printed and can not be re-stocked or resold and refunds will not be allowed. No order may be canceled after 24 hours or after the order has gone through the pre-press process.

Changes and Typographical Errors: A customer may make changes to an order within 24 hours of submitting the order. Call 713.681.3942 or go online and send a message through the “Contact Us” button on the left side of the web page. Reference the invoice number that was given to you at the completion of the order and list what changes you want made. We will do everything we can to accommodate your changes.

When a customer enters the information for the order, he is typesetting the order at the same time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the information he has entered before submitting the order. Once the order has been submitted it will automatically go through a conversion program to set the order up for the final product. What you enter is what will be printed and we will have no responsibility for any errors you may have entered. The order entry process allows you to make corrections along the way and gives you a warning to check your work before completing the order.
